Kendriya Vidyalaya Champua is one among the sanctioned KVs in the years 2019. Long awaited and aspirated Kendriya Vidyalaya Champua came into existence on 24th of June 2025 by the notification of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (HQ) New Delhi on 23rd June 2025. Passionate and great enthusiasm on the part of people of Champua to enroll their child to study in Kendriya Vidyalaya Champua is seen during the process of admission started from 1st July 2025 to 15th July 2025.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Champua started its maiden voyage in the field of school education with the Vidyapravesh Utsav on 11 August 2025 surrounded by people of Champua and Sh. Umakanta Parida, Sub-Collector Champua as the chief Guest.

The Vidyalaya is running in the temporary accommodation provided at Chandrasekhar College Champua Campus. Challenges are many but on the contrary opportunities are knocking the doors. It’s always a herculean task to carve out a school from the scratch.

I firmly believe that Kendriya Vidyalaya Champua will flourish in every field and come up to the expectation of the society.
